With been a member/admin of the biggest COD4 Public server provider I play alot of COD4 Promod and going from that into MW3 there is such a huge difference in game style, COD4 has big maps with ability to cover areas with you SCOPE (Sniper), Assaults and your SMGs can rush depending if you have the right balance. Now you try do that in MW3 you’re screwed! there’s so many flank spots that you can’t have a 5 man team physically cover the map, this sucks for competitive gameplay! Now I know that MW3 is played competitive on console with MLG taking it on and I do like that but console players just seem to go-to which ever COD is the latest and try adopted it for competitive gameplay which doesn’t suit MW3 at all the maps are super small to compared to previous games like COD4. All this said Activision and the developers should really be thinking of the user base they have now rather than potential user base in the future because at this rate this years instalment (yet to be announced) of Call of Duty will again top the games charts but will it be a good game? Or will it be Modern Warfare 2 & 3 all over again for PC users.

We learned that intruders obtained access to a Steam database in addition to the forums. This database contained information including user names, hashed and salted passwords, game purchases, email addresses, billing addresses and encrypted credit card information. We do not have evidence that encrypted credit card numbers or personally identifying information were taken by the intruders, or that the protection on credit card numbers or passwords was cracked.”

Valve are “still investigating” the situation. They mention that there’s been no evidence of illegal credit card activity as yet, and that it’s probably a good idea to change both your Steam passwords. To do that, access Settings from the Steam menu within the client.

Gabe signs off his IM with sincerity: “I am truly sorry this happened, and I apologize for the inconvenience.”

So with this information out there users will have to keep an eye on there credit cards just in-case of information actually been decrypted.

So this week I truly have a great find it may be a cover but it’s by far one of the best covers I have ever heard. That and a orginal track from Deadmau5 which is a brand new rework of a track that originally dates to around 1998-2002. Pre-dubstep and pre- the heavier house that later became part of the Deadmau5 sound. Also added a really good song (in my mind) but you guys may not like it as it’s UK Garage but it takes me back to when I was 14 and no care in the world what I was doing! So with this news it puts the release abit further away for Counter Strike fans but with no real release date set in stone valve should bring out a really good FPS!
